As CSO of Proximity London, Adam heads up a 70 people-strong team uniting strategy, data, experience and marketing transformation. His focus is to create powerful platforms and superlative creative to build brands through experience over advertising.
Adam has over 25 years’ experience in data-driven communications across a breadth of clients.
Prior to Proximity, Adam has worked to subvert the traditional agency model wherever he’s been. Turning Rufus Leonard into a fully integrated agency, then establishing Mindshare’s creative offering, making 2018 their most awarded year ever and earning them a brace of Cannes Lions.
Adam’s diverse background, gained across all key agency sectors including customer experience marketing, digital, creative, branding, design and media, means he has a unique perspective on the future of advertising; a future that sits at the intersection of data, technology and creativity.
Outside work Adam juggles attempts to keep fit with family life, meaning visits to the skatepark, delivering ‘dad jokes’ and fixing the Wi-Fi take up the majority of his time.
