We’re Customer Engagement Agency of the year 2015. Yes, we are.

We were runner up last year. We were runner up the year before. But this year there’s been no holding us back. With a breath-taking run of creative awards, new business wins and all round business success, we’re so very proud to be Campaign Magazine’s Customer Engagement Agency of the Year 2015.

It really has been an amazing year. We scooped 6 golds and the Grand Prix at the DMAs. There’s a new Cannes Lion prowling around our trophy cabinet. We’ve won trophies at the Brand Republic Awards, The Best Awards, The International Content Marketing Awards, The EPICAs, Masters of Marketing and more. Our work for The Economist is now the stuff of case histories but we have also won recognition for our Capital One, RNLI, MoneySuperMarket and Lloyds clients.

Our Creative Intelligence proposition is at the forefront of CRM thinking. That’s why new clients such as Bacardi, The Telegraph, Guide Dogs and Disney have joined us this year. We’ve made the decision to be braver and bolder. Our clients have come with us on the journey – to the business advantage of us all.

We’ve even found time to move into a smart new building.

Today, we extend a big thank you to our clients, our people, our suppliers, everyone who has been a part of Campaign Magazine’s decision. To be Agency of the Year is the perfect Christmas present for us all.
