This is the first time Telegraph Media Group has appointed a specific agency to lead CRM communications and demonstrates the growing online focus for this prestigious newspaper title. Tens of millions of readers visit the Telegraph’s online site each month and we are tasked with ensuring we acquire more of them as long term subscribers. The market is far wider than the traditional Telegraph reader we imagine. These readers love in-depth writing and have a huge appetite for staying fully informed.
