Our biggest ever haul at the DMA awards

With 24 shortlisted entries it was already our best ever DMA and, last night, at the event itself, things got even better. As the DMA website put it this morning, ‘Proximity London grabbed the largest haul with seven Gold Awards in their back pocket.’

The 7 Golds included a brand new user journey for Virgin Holidays, location specific work for The Economist, no less than 3 GOLDS for the RNLI and MARTINI emoji campaign for our Bacardi client.

There are a few fragile heads in the agency this morning but, more importantly, over 200 smiling faces, all because everyone in the agency was part of this amazing night. Altogether we scooped 5 SILVER and 6 BRONZE in addition to the GOLDS for clients such as P&G, Guide Dogs, John Lewis and London Pride.

From planning, UX and creative to data analysis, account direction and project management, every skillset played its part in achieving the success of last night. And that will be recognised in the celebrations that will certainly follow from such an amazing evening. Christmas really has come early at Proxi Towers.
