Dynamic new line up forges the future for Proximity London
As part of its ambitious two-year development plan Proximity is delighted to announce Sharon Whale’s promotion to Deputy Chairman of the London office. One of integrated marketing’s most dynamic and respected figures, she takes on her new role with immediate effect.
Said agency CEO Mike Dodds, “I cannot think of anyone I have worked with who leads big, complex client relationships better and her new business track record speaks for itself. Eight wins over the past six months, including Kenco, Oxfam, Parcelforce and John Lewis.” Sharon will continue to run the Lloyds TSB account and will be extending her new business remit yet further.
This internal appointment comes hard on the heels of Gabrielle Moss’s promotion to Managing Director, the luring of Amanda Arthur from Havas EHS to head up the data and analytics team and the arrival of UX guru Richard Wand from Possible.
Andrew Waddell is promoted to Head of Account Management, while Planning Directors Adrian Hoole and Darren Burnett have also been elevated to share duties as Heads of Planning.
In Mike Dodds’ opinion “These latest moves further strengthen the leadership team at Proximity, putting us in the best possible shape to implement our two year plan which we kicked off in January. “
