These days CRM is being increasingly shaped by digital channels and we are delighted to welcome Olly Guest who joins us from Digitas LBi to take up a Board Account Director position. Olly is a true digital native and, in his glittering career to date, has helped shape online marketing for British Airways, Danone, Standard Life and Conde Naste.
Daniella Delaney is a journalist and editor who has spent most of her career with women’s interest magazines and national newspapers. Now she will be playing a key role in the development of The Bureau. This highly agile agency news desk reacts instantly to topical stories and social media trends to create highly compelling content and advertising.
